Managing orders efficiently is one of the biggest challenges for WooCommerce store owners. With the Advanced Autocomplete Order for WooCommerce plugin, you can now automatically complete orders in your WooCommerce store and streamline the entire order processing workflow.

This plugin is designed to automate order processing, saving you time and enhancing your store’s efficiency.

What Is Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders?

Updating Advanced Autocomplete Order for WooCommerce feature ensures that your WooCommerce store automatically updates order statuses without manual intervention. Once a customer completes their purchase, the plugin kicks in to automatically mark orders as complete, eliminating the need for store administrators to change statuses manually.

Whether you run a digital store or sell physical products, this tool helps you achieve seamless order processing by ensuring orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.

Which Features does Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders Cover?

✅ Enable/Disable Autocompletion
Easily toggle the autocomplete feature for WooCommerce orders. Perfect for stores needing manual processing or automated order management. Keeps your workflow flexible.

✅ Order Types Restriction
Limit autocomplete functionality based on specific WooCommerce order types like regular, subscription, or custom. Gain full control over how different orders are handled.

✅ Order Total (Min/Max) Restriction
Automatically complete orders only if their total amount falls within your defined range. Set minimum and maximum order total values, and decide whether to include or exclude them. Perfect for applying rules based on order value.

✅ Shipping Methods Restriction
Restrict order auto-completion based on selected shipping methods. Choose to include or exclude specific shipping options, ensuring only the right orders are auto-completed depending on how they are shipped.

✅ Payment Gateways Restriction
Allow or block autocompletion for specific WooCommerce payment methods (e.g., Cash on Delivery, PayPal, Stripe). Improve fulfillment accuracy based on payment behavior.

✅ Products Restriction [PRO]
Restrict automatic order completion based on individual products. Ideal for stores selling both digital and physical goods with different fulfillment needs.

✅ Product Categories Restriction [PRO]
Control autocompletion using WooCommerce product categories. Useful when certain categories (like pre-orders or subscriptions) require manual handling.

✅ Product Tags Restriction [PRO]
Enable fine-grained control by limiting autocompletion based on product tags. Easily manage special items like “backorder,” “custom-made,” or “exclusive.”

✅ Product Brands Restriction [PRO]
Use WooCommerce brand taxonomy to define autocompletion behavior. Great for stores working with multiple vendors or suppliers with different delivery methods.

✅ Product Types Restriction [PRO]
Target specific product types (simple, variable, downloadable, etc.) to customize the autocompletion workflow. Makes fulfillment smarter and product-aware.

✅ User Role Restriction [PRO]
Set rules based on WooCommerce user roles like Customer, Subscriber, or Wholesale Buyer. Offer custom experiences for different customer types.

✅ Current Order Status Restriction [PRO]
Trigger autocomplete only when orders are in specific statuses (e.g., Processing, On Hold). Gives you precision control over when an order is considered complete.

✅ Paid orders
Turn on “complete as soon as it is paid” if the thank-you page might never open. Turn on “paid orders only” to skip orders that are not paid yet. Both stay off until you choose them, so cash on delivery and bank transfer stores stay as they are.

✅ More than one rule [PRO]
Give each rule a name. The first rule that fits is the one that runs. Settings you already saved stay rule 1.

✅ Customers, coupons, and address [PRO]
Match guests, chosen customer emails, coupon codes, and the billing or shipping country, state, and postcode. You can also pick one shipping method from a zone. The shipping method type you already saved still works if you leave the new choice empty.

✅ What is in the order [PRO]
Match product details such as size or color, how many items are in the order, backorders, first-time or returning buyers, past orders, and money spent. Set a start and end date, days of the week, hours of the day, and a different order total for each currency.

✅ After a rule matches [PRO]
Wait minutes, hours, or days before completing. Set Completed, or another status you created. Keep the normal completed email, skip it, email the shop manager, or send a custom email. Existing rules still complete now, to Completed, with the normal email.

✅ Check your rules [PRO]
Type an order number and see which rule matched. Look at old orders before completing them. That button never runs by itself. A log shows orders that were completed and orders that were skipped.

✅ Other plugins and other apps [PRO]
Optional rules for subscription renewals, bookings, pre-orders, and part payments. Optional checks for fraud holds and shipment tracking. Optionally complete orders created in wp-admin and in-person sales. Tell another app when an order is auto-completed. Copy rules to another site, or run the same job with wp hawo check, wp hawo preview, and wp hawo complete.
